We provide our services mainly to companies operating in production industry, for instance, in the automotive, chemical, paper, engineering and food industry. Besides these enterprises, our consultants have experience with implementation of SAP system in public administration institutions, such as social insurances or public universities. We provide our services to clients located in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also in many other European countries. Beneath listed companies are some of the clients of our company or of our team members.
OptiPro Consulting s.r.o. was responsible for implementing SAP system in ZNTK Paterek S.A. It was necessary to expand our team by FI and CO consultants who had knowledge of Polish legislative. It was a very special project since the company provides services as railway carriage maintenance and reparation. Due to this fact we had to develop special applications which would reflect real-life processes into SAP system objects. Since the implementation was completed, we have been providing the system support and new application development.
Our company was a member of a team implementing the roll-out project form Saneca Pharmaceuticals a.s. to its subsidiary Suir Pharma Ireland Ltd. We were responsible for implementing the PP module including data migration from the previously used SAP system to the new instance of SAP. The roll-out project was terminated before go-live die to clients decision. In 2017, our team took a part on the project focused on changes within PS module in Saneca Pharmaceuticals a.s., which reflected clients evolving needs. Our responsibility was to tailor the setting of the PS module required by new processes in place as well as follow up setting in PP module. Nowadays we continue our partnership by providing a system support which is mainly relates to PP processes and application development.
Starting from 2016 our company provides system support of PP module in Volswagen Slovakia, a.s. in Stupava. Earlier our team participated on the implementation of SAP system, namely we were responsible for modules of production planning and project system. In the last phase of the project we conducted training for the users and continued with the system support. Shortly after the implementation of the system, we were approached by the company again in order to develop an application that could be used for monitoring stock availability and allocation of stock for the production of individual items from production orders. Nowadays we still cooperate with the company under a framework contract, whereby we provide user support and non-standard functionality development.
Mária started working in Tatravagónka a.s. as a PP consultant in 2009 during the SAP implementation. After the implementation was finished, Mária continued her support as a business consultant focused on optimisation of processes within SAP. Starting from 2015, Mária became a head of the planning department and together with Michal, they provide system support within the PP, QM, MM, PM and WM module. Since 2017 our company has been providing system support of PP, MM, QM, PM and WM module as a unique supplier. We have been carrying out a wide application development according to specific customer need.
Zdeněk participated on the SAP implementation project for a new JLR plant built in Nitra, Slovakia. Here as a member of SAP training team he prepared and delivered trainings and documentations using SAP Enable Now tool to key and end users. He also provided support during cutover and go-live support in QM and EWM areas. The project was partly located in Nitra (Slovakia), where training of key users took place, and partly in Warwick (United Kingdom), where the central European JLR training center is located.
Zdeněk participated on the international SAP roll-out project for automotive industry. Cooper Standard is a global supplier of components for automotive industry, this SAP implementation was roll-out for fuel & brake delivery product group in Europe. Zdeněk provided support and consultancy during all phases of the project in the following functional areas: Production Planning and Warehouse Management.
Zdeněk worked as a consultant in one of the teams developing global manufacturing execution system (MES) for Volvo group, namely the team was focused on development of applications used in production area based on SAP Fiori. The pilot project started up in Wroclaw in 2015. Besides his main occupation he also provided support for production planning and quality management modules.
Our team provided long term support for the leading company in the paper industry. Mondi had the central IT support from its mother company, but the Czech plant required an extra support in the area of plant maintenance and material management. We analysed and prepared custom developed reporting tools in PM area.
Zdeněk worked as a member of an international implementation team during SAP roll-out project for the group of breweries. He participated in manufacturing work stream which covered processes in PP, PM and QM areas in process industry. He supported mainly SAP plant maintenance and data migration preparation in this area. The integration between SAP and external systems was also a part of the implemented solution.
Zdeněk participated on the international SAP roll-out solution in a large international company. He worked in the area of process design and support in the PP module, especially in the field of production master data, in planning and production management. The project was technically interesting by deploying SAP variant configuration functionality and implementing SAP integration with external systems.
Zdeněk worked as a local support consultant during the implementation of an international SAP roll-out project for automotive company. He supported the team in the area of repetitive manufacturing used by leading companies producing lighting systems for various world famous car constructors. The main focus was on key users training, cutover preparation and post go-live support for two plants situated at separate locations.
During this project Zdeněk provided local support for production planning processes. It was an international roll-out project where besides SAP ERP also SAP APO (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) was in scope. Zdeněk was mainly responsible for key users support and intensive post go-live support.
Zdeněk participated on an international SAP implementation as a PP consultant. It was a pilot project for trim plants of Johnson Controls. Zdeněk supported all phases of this implementation, from analysis through design, configuration and testing, up to users training. In the successive phase he participated on data migration, cutover preparation and post go-live support. The emphasis was put on the cooperation within an international team and deploy the solution to the Czech plant.
Zdeněk was a consultant in a team implementing production planning module in process industry (production of building materials). He participated throughout the whole implementation process, process analysis, solution design as well as system configuration. In the final phase of the project Zdeněk carried out users training and provided system support.
