Who We Are?OptiPro Consulting s.r.o. is an advisory company, founded in early 2015, which focuses mainly on the implementation of SAP system and providing support for SAP users. The company also carries out development of SAP applications that are not part of the standard system solutions, and are designed strictly according to needs and requirements of our customers. In addition to providing consultancy services related to SAP system we develop computational and software solutions employing sophisticated mathematical models and structures, which enable to increase effectivity of business.
What Do We Offer?Our company provides consultancy services in the area of the SAP implementation and consecutive maintenance or development. Our consultants specialize in processes of production planning, the integration of quality management into production processes, plant maintenance and the support of warehouse management processes by mobile devices, integration of bar code and automatic identification technologies. The company also carries out development of SAP applications that are not part of the standard system solutions, and are designed according to needs and requirements of our customers.
Who Are Our Clients?We provide our services mainly to companies operating in production industry, for instance, in the automotive, chemical, paper, engineering or food industry. Besides these enterprises, our consultants have experience with implementation of SAP system in public administration institutions, such as social insurance or public universities. We provide our services to clients located in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also in many other European countries.
Who Are Members of Our Team?Our team is an association of several experts who have long-year experience in providing advisory services in many fields related to SAP system. These experiences can be declared by retentive employment in companies operating in the same area, as well as experiences in the position of external consultants hired by such companies or by terminal clients. We offer cooperation with the whole OptiPro Consulting team, nevertheless it is possible to reach any member of our team individually and establish direct collaboration.
